Owning a retail store taught me the value of customer interaction, the intricacies of finance, and the importance of thoroughly understanding available inventory. Working in aerospace material impressed upon me the importance of economics, use of current technology, and the importance of timeliness in taking advantage of desirable opportunities. My time as an Industrial Operations Manager further strengthened my skills of interpersonal communication, diplomacy, negotiation, and perseverance. Extensive sailing experience provided me with an appreciation of fairness and sportsmanship within the Rules of the Competition. These layers of expertise and experience are the foundation of my real estate service.
